Well it is now mid-January so all is "back to normal!" Activity seems to be picking up in the housing market pretty much as expected. The November-January time period is traditionally slow. Are houses selling? Sure they are! Regardless of what you read homes do sell if they are priced appropriate to the market. Are there still sellers out there who are priced too high. Sure there are! There will always be sellers looking for the "bigger sucker!" Fortunately most buyers these days have resources available that makes them more more savvy consummers. Resources like the internet, readily available data, competent Realtors.
If you are in the market, either as a buyer or seller, use these resources to your advantage.
