The Phillips Landing subdivision is located in Rockledge Florida near the Interstate 95 exit at Fiske Boulevard. Of all the subdivisions I have monitored in the Rockledge and Viera area, Phillips Landing appears to have the most homes on the market. This could be because the developer is still building and has inventory.
As of May 1, 2008 there are 19 active listings in Phillips Landing. The prices range from $189,000 to $315,077. Of these, three are listed as "short sales." There are 4 properties under contract which is good.
