One of the most telling thing about these numbers is that there is almost one-fourth of all townhouses and condos for sale located in the central Brevard County area! Also, if about 450 (an estimate) homes are being sold each month the current inventory is roughly a 15+ month supply! Bottom line - there is a lot to choose from in Brevard County!
The good news for buyers - sellers are negotiating if the offer is realistic!
