It all depends on your perspective and goals. This is probably not a good time to be trying to guess the future and buy with the purpose of "flipping" a property in a short time. Many of the television shows sure make it look easy but...real life is not like TV!
If your goal is to locate a property at a reasonable price to live in for several years, then perhaps this is the time to buy. Only you know what is a good deal or a great deal.
Yes, the prices on homes in Viera, Suntree and Rockledge Florida have dropped. And, compared to several years ago, the prices do look attractive. Who knows where the market will be going? August sales were up in Brevard County - not too much publicity on that as bad news sells!
