Capron Ridge was built during the price hype of 2005-2007. The sky was the limit as prices were rising daily. Then the drop happened. The prices in Capron Ridge have dropped considerably. Now, my opinions..
- Some homes are over priced!
- 10 homes are short sales
- 36 homes are listed in the MLS system
- 5 homes are under contract (2 short sales)
- Bargains can be had!
There are a lot of short sales on the market in Viera and Rockledge. These homes will be sold. Even if the banks foreclose, the banks will sell them, at some price. As long as there are short sales and foreclosures, other sellers will have to compete or just sit on the sidelines!
