Just in case you do not know it I will let you know. As a buyer you do not normally pay the real estate agent - the seller does. So I don't make a penny unless I find you a house to buy or rent. So...the catch?

- to be open and honest with me. Tell me what you really need and what your budget really is.
- to get pre-approved for a mortgage (if a buyer)
- to be loyal to me. I don't ask you to sign anything.
- to be committed to the process
- to tell me what your timeline requirements are
- to be HAPPY IN THE END!
I don't ask for much - only loyalty.
The catch is really not a catch, after all. It is only a request for your commitment. Buying a home in the Viera or Rockledge area, call me, please. I do want to be your real estate agent.
