"Feedback" is rare in the Viera, Rockledge and Suntree real estate market. From what I have read, it is rare regardless of market. What is even more rare is useful, constructive feedback.
I have never worked with a seller who has not enthusiastically anticipated feedback. Often I have to send multiple faxes and make several calls to get feedback. Even with concerted effort success only comes about 25% of the time.
What is the purpose of feedback? Simple, really. Sellers want to know
- What potential buyers really think about their home.
- Is the price competitive?
- Does the property make a good first impression?
- What does the seller need to do to make the property more appealing?
As a potential buyer you will be doing the sellers a good deed. Of course my sellers would rather hear that you are considering making an offer!
