Real Agents must care...

It has been stated somewhere that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care! Not only is this true in life but also in the real estate business!

Real estate is more than closing the deal.

Being a seller's agent in Viera, Rockledge, Suntree or any place, is more than just putting a for sale out front. Being a buyer's agent is more than just showing some houses and getting a deal closed.

Real estate is a relationship business!

Real estate agents must care about their client's needs. A seller has requirements that must be met. They have expectations that must be addressed. Sellers have time frames for selling, especially if a job transfer is involved. Sellers have concerns about the cost of selling as well as the amount of proceeds after all the deductions! Sellers require answers to their questions. Sellers need to have a reasonable level of comfort with the selling process. Selling is stressful and their real estate agent must care about them and alleviating as much stress as possible!

Buyers have requirements, questions and needs that must be met. Identifiying a client's needs and exceeding those expectations is critical. Buyers need to know that their agent cares about meeting their requirements.

After all, real estate is about the seller or buyer - not the real estate agent!
