Hey, Seller....Competition is a good thing!

I spent this weekend watching a lot of college football. The Southeastern Conference championship has been set as the Florida Gators meet the Alabama Crimson Tide in Atlanta this coming Saturday. OK, there are other conferences but this is the game for a lot of Florida fans!

The competition in some conferences was very keen. There was a time when the SEC was the toughest league to win a championship. This year it looks like it is the Big 12. With three teams at 11-1 it came down to Oklahoma as the south division representative. The other two teams, Texas Tech and Texas, were close but the competition apparently won over the voters.

When selling your Viera Florida home the competition is keen as well. And the voters you must when over are the potential buyers. How do you do this?

By impressing the voters by having great curb appeal, attractive staging, and a very attractive price. These are all factors which you as a seller control. When all is said and done, you have to attract your voters. After all, competition is a good thing!
