Viera is not (officially) a city. But as a master planned community it does have its own identity!
I was out at the Eason Landing subdivision in Viera this morning and picked up some new information on the homes being built in this gated community located west of I-95 in Brevard County, Florida. I do like the floor plans in this development, especially the Savannah II.
The Savannah II is a 4 bedroom 4 full bath 2 half bath 3 car garage home with 2,923 square feet of living area. Of course, the Savannah I is quite nice as well - 4 bedrooms 3 bath 3 car garage with 2,391 square feet under air. I especially like the detached building with bath.
Prices for homes in the Eason Landing development of Viera run from the mid $300K to well into the $500,000s! And if you are an investor the builders have a model leaseback program that will supposedly give you a 10% return on your purchase price.
