Heritage Isle, the premier 55+ community located in Viera Florida has had some market activity recently. It was only a month or two ago that there were over 40 active listings!As of today (February 5th), there are only 27 active listings. That sure looks like an improvement if you are a seller!
Although only one property closed in January 2009, there are 11 under contract! Of the 27 active listings the prices range from $169,900 for a 2 bedroom patio home to a high of $339,900 (overpriced in my humble opinion)!
Of the homes for sale there are four properties that are short sales. [Short sales are situations where the probable selling price will be less than the mortgage and will require lender approval.]
Heritage Isle is a newer active lifestyle community offering its residents super amenities, a wonderful location, great golfing next door, a new hospital being built just down the street and more! There is still new construction going on as well so if you want new - call me for information.
