- Continue to smoke in your house while it is on the market. My experience is buyers prefer smoke free!
- Don’t worry about clutter and cleanliness although I believe in the old adage that “if you can smell it, you can’t sell it!”
- Restrict access (no electronic lockbox, 24 hours notice…you get the message).
