Sometimes you have to accept responsibility…

As a seller in Viera Florida you know your home sits in one of the most desirable areas of Brevard County, Florida. You know you have a golf course view or sit on a nice lake.

About 10 to 15 years ago you were a trendsetter, choosing to purchase that new house in the “Duda” triangle of Viera. [The Duda family developed Viera and I know my golf balls disappear whenever I play within the Duda triangle!]

But I digress…

Now you are ready to move on to a newer house, perhaps a 55+ community like Heritage Isle or Grand Isle. And your home is now ready for marketing.

But your price is not what you expect demand. It is lower. Lower because you failed to keep your property in top notch shape. This deferred maintenance does come at a price – either up front or when you sell.

Preferably you should attack maintenance proactively in order to make selling your Viera home easier. But if you did not, you have to accept responsibility and either accept a lower price or spend the money now.

The choice is yours.
