- What is your time
- How much do you think it is
- Has real equity in the
property (not a short sale),
- Has a few months (normal
days on market about 90-120),
- Their opinion of worth is
close to my "unofficial" pre-analysis guess.
- Right price,
- Right preparation,
- Right attitude and
- Right real estate professional!
