Why has my Brevard County home not sold yet?

If you have been trying to sell your home over the past year and have not done so yet, why have you not )yet) succeeded?

Ask yourself, "Could it be that you have been following the market?"

There are almost 5,000 single family homes for sale in Brevard County, Florida. Each month somewhere around 500 close.

The answer to why your home has not sold is not "real estate is not selling!"

The answer comes down to two major factors - price and marketing. And you control both of these!

How does a seller control price and marketing? By their choice in real estate agent.

True, your real estate agent works for you but it is a collaborative effort (team work!). Want to make sure your property sells in 2010? Call me. I know the right marketing team!

You need a real estate agent who recommends the proper price, can advise on preparing the property properly and knows how to market to the most likely buyer audience. (Clue - Internet)

When your market strategy is to constantly reduce your price (the rear view mirror approach), you will eventually succeed - but when?

When you are looking in the rear view mirror you can not see what is ahead!
