In the realm of reality….pricing to sell made easy!

In the realm of reality...sounds sort of soap opera-ish like “As the World Turns.”  For the youngsters out there, soap operas used to be the only thing on network TV between noon and the evening news!

I used those words yesterday in a conversation about homes that were selling in Brevard County, Florida.  My specific response was that:

Homes are selling that priced within the realm of reality.

Homes are selling. Sellers are negotiating a little. Buyers and sellers talking is good.  When your price is not even in the ballpark, the conversation rarely starts and the sale never happens.

So if you want to sell your Brevard County, Florida home, pricing is critical.  Your house will generate more interest and more traffic in the first few weeks it is listed in the MLS system.  This is a seller's golden period..time to shine!
