It is the Buyer and the Seller – Not the Real Estate Agent!

Every day presents each of us with opportunities to help people and make a difference! That gives us all a lot of power and influence regardless of occupation. 

Use your influence wisely.

In the real estate business, real estate agents must be especially wise in expressing our views and giving counsel. We work for our clients! In this regard we must always remember that: 
  • The buyer is the ultimate decision maker.  Although the real estate professional provides counsel, the buyer will choose the house or condo they want and the price they are willing to pay! 
  • The seller is the ultimate decision maker.  A seller knows what they want for their house or condo. Again, the real estate professional provides counsel and the seller will decide at what price they will sell. 
The reality is buyers and sellers must agree or there is no deal! 

Your real estate agent will represent you in the purchase/sell process.  But, ultimately it is the market that sets the price.  The real estate market is the buyer and the seller – not the real estate agent!
