With attractive prices and low interest rates many folks are deciding to buy a new house or condo. Down the road when the real estate market recovers (and it will) and prices go up again (they always do), the houses and condos sitting on the best locations or views will be even more valuable.
With the market prices down it makes sense to consider going for the best location possible, even if it means buying a little bit less house! Waterfront, lake front, golf course direct, ocean front are prime property characteristics that carry additional value. Viera, Suntree, Baytree, Cocoa Beach......all Brevard County communities that are very desirable.
Why not place a greater emphasis on these factors with the depressed market? After all, in real estate it is all about location, location, location!
