Residential Sales Prices Rise in Viera, Suntree and Rockledge Florida During April 2010…Are Things Improving?

If this was main stream media and not a real estate blog by a Viera Florida real estate agent the spin would be…Higher home selling prices means economy bouncing back!

But I am not going to be so bold as to draw such a conclusion!

I have read that prices seem to be fluctuating less and the University of Florida reported that their studies show the Florida housing market may have bottomed but tell that to the guy who paid $150,000 one year age and the house next door sold in April 2010 for $75,000!

Anyway, here are the Viera, Rockledge and Suntree Florida home sales early numbers for April 2010…
  • Residential Units Sold: 60 (78 in March)
  • New Residential Listings: 169 (153 in March)
  • Average Residential Unit Selling Price: $196,638 ($189,610 in March)
  • Average Days on Market for Residential Units Sold During April 2010: 102 (115 in March)
