Heritage Isle in Viera - The 55+ community in Florida!

Over the past several years this blog has routinely discussed the 55+ communities in Brevard County, Florida. Among these are Heritage Isle, Grand Isle and Indian River Colony Club.

I was out at Heritage Isle yesterday to pick up their monthly newsletter and noticed quiet a bit of new construction happening. Folks are buying in Heritage Isle. 

The Viera area offers shopping, easy access to Orlando,  recreational opportunities, excellent schools for families with children, several golf courses, easy access to Patrick Air Force Base, nearby restaurants and health care facilities ( Health First Viera Hospital opens in 2011) and more.
