There are lots of reasons but I think he biggest reason people seek out Heritage Isle in Viera is the affordable prices for resort style living!
As Independence Day approaches there 27 active listings in Viera's premier 55+ community. Of these active listings there are only three short sale properties.
It seems that when one listing sells, another shows w on the market. Over the past 30 days six new listings in Heritage Isle have come on the market. Prices for all these active listings range from $119,000 to $589,000. The lower priced homes are two bedroom two bath patio style homes (have a shared wall) while the highest prices are large 4 bedroom 3 bath 3 car garage styles. [Personal opinion: No one asked me but paying over $400,000 for a house in Heritage Isle is not a smart move! Guess I will not get any listings in that range!]
During June four homes closed with sales prices from $165,000 to $205,000. According to data in the system these homes included:
