Also, any Realtor worth their salt will tell you there is much more to marketing a property in today's environment than just creating a pretty brochure, MLS entry, or web log article!
Your property must "show" good (interior and exterior!), be offered at a competitive (realistic) price and be easily accessible (not 24 hour notice required!) for showing appointments. These will sell your house. By the way, your marketing materials must match your property.
