Real estate activity in Grand Isle, the gated 55+ community in Viera (Melbourne, Florida), picked up during September.
Although only one house closed, 1422 Keys Gate Drive, for $202,500, another four houses were placed under contract during September!
There are now only eight single family houses for sale in Grand Isle with prices ranging from $209,950 to a short sale listed at $275,000.
With the exception of a couple two bedroom two bath units (1,545 sq ft), most of the homes are from about 2,000 to 2,500 sq ft under air!
