2. Currently there are three properties under contract – all short sales with list prices in the $149,000 to $175,000 range.
3. Since June 1, 2010, there have been four sales in Indigo Crossing – all short sales, selling for $138,000 to $162,000.  All were 1,911 sq ft four bedroom two bath units.
