An Occupied House Sells Easier Than a Vacant House But....

No one enjoys selling their house or condo.  Who wants strangers trampling through with dirty feet, critical attitudes, opening drawers and seeing your inner most sanctum?  But as a seller you understand that you can't sell it if the buyer can't see it!

Selling your house or condo while it is occupied can provide prospects a better idea of room size because your furniture helps define space and potential utilization.

Empty open rooms and spaces may appear a lot smaller than they really are especially if you have chosen a dark paint.  An occupied house with the lights on and curtains open is much more appealing than an empty house without power and poor natural lighting.
