Selling Your House: "Is it three strikes and you're out," or "Is it the third time is a charm?"

The Brevard County Florida housing market can be brutal or rewarding.  There are tremendous values in this market with motivated sellers, short sales and some foreclosures if you look in the right areas.

While walking the "Boss"ton Terrier (Diesel Dog) this morning I noticed a house a few blocks over where the real estate signage has changed again.

I believe this may be the second or third real estate company to to take this listing.  The price has been lowered again toward a more reasonably competitive price.

Did the new real estate agent convince the seller to price it correctly for this market?  Did the previous real estate agent not understand the market?   Was the previous real estate agent just using the signage out front to get new leads?   Did the seller finally agree to what the agents have been recommending all along?  So many questions!

I don't know the answers to the above questions but perhaps the most appropriate questions to ask include:

Is it three strikes and you're out?

Is the third time a charm?
