Below I present a few more details including prices, days on the market and more.  Again, just the facts as captured from the Melbourne MLS this morning.

  • List to sell ratio  -  94%
  • Median List Price  - $109,900
  • Median Sell Price - $105,000
  • Average List Price - $151,737
  • Average Selling Price - $142,025
  • Average Days on market  - 129
ONLY FORECLOSURE PROPERTIES:
  • Foreclosure property sold  - 157
  • Average days on market - 101 
  • Average Sales Prices - $86,304
  • Average List Price - $92,363 
  • List to Sell Ratio - 93% 
  • Median Sell Price - $64900
ONLY SHORT SALE PROPERTIES:
  • Short Sales sold  - 85
  • List to sell ratio - 94%
  • Average sales price - $153,696 
  • Average List Price - $162,839
  • Average days on market - 171
