What are we going to looking at? Primarily two bedroom two bath one (or two) car garage town homes.
All are priced between $104,999 and $129,000. Some were chosen by my buyers as “A” list and some are “B” list.
One thing I have found to be very true in real estate you can never predict when that second tier choice may become the first tier!
I know what to expect with the listings in Heritage Isle. Newer construction, a gated community, 21,000 sq. ft. club house, manicured neighborhoods with HOA dues about $290 a month!
I know what to expect from the duplex unit in Capron Ridge – gated, newer construction, foreclosure, community pool, nice amenities.
