How to Buy a House: Step Two

Once the initial hurdle is cleared – obtaining financing, then the home buying process becomes a bit more exciting.  OK, lets just say the excitement will build as the process proceeds!

I have written several articles over the past couple of years on how to buy a house or condo in Brevard County, Florida although the process is pretty much the same wherever you may be buying.

Some of my articles address the subject is a simplistic way such as Buying a House…In Six Easy Steps!   Another addresses the process from a different perspective – The ABCs of Buying a House.

After obtaining a mortgage I recommend you find a local real estate expert – a Realtor® familiar with your desired area.

Some may ask “Do I Need a Real Estate Agent to Buy a House?”   The answer, of course, is why not have your own real estate agent? After all, the seller - even a new construction from a builder - usually pays your real estate agent.

Home buyers frequently have a lot of questions, especially first time home buyers.    What are some the questions home buyers frequently ask?

If you are considering buying or selling a home in Brevard County, Florida, call me directly at 321-693-3850 or email me if you have questions.
