For the most part all was fine except for a few items like a spa tub leak, a sprinkler pump leak and a few broken roof tiles (darn golf balls!).
For all we know these occurred after the previous inspection.
However, had my buyer not had his own inspection, when would he have known about the issues? When a leak occurred?
I usually encourage sellers to have a pre-listing inspection.
As for all buyers I say -
Always get your own inspection and you can't go wrong!
