The home inspection is an objective assessment of the property in its current condition. It is a report of findings of fact such as age of appliances, functionality of major systems at the time of inspection.
Real estate agents should not (at least I will not) interpret the report and advise as to whether to accept report and proceed. I may recommend a buyer ask for repairs even on an “as is” contract because “as is” does not always mean “as is.”
But it is the buyers decision whether to proceed to the next step – closing.
