The most striking thing about them all was how attractive the price for new construction has become in Melbourne, Viera and West Melbourne!

In Viera I saw new construction ranging from town homes in Stoneridge ($160,000-$185,000 range) to some rather large homes in Eason Landing ($299,400-$360,900 range). Other Viera communities with attractively priced new construction included Heritage Isle (55+ gated ), Chelford ( ($290,900 - $399,900 range) and Cortona ($273,900 - $332,900 range.
In West Melbourne and Melbourne I visited new construction in West Melbourne Landing as well as Hidden Heights and Hammock Preserve.
