A few years ago a typical response to a question about how far from work homes would be considered was something like "no more than 45 minutes." Thus it seemed like Brevard County's most popular areas of Viera and Suntree were always on the short list regardless whether commuting to Orlando, the Space Center or Melbourne/Palm Bay.
Now it seems the response to my areas of consideration questioned is now more defined by miles.
Brevard County, Florida is kind of unique geographically as it is about 75 miles north to south with US 1 and I-95 providing easy commuting routes. When you can drive 70 mph the commuting time may not be great but the gas consumed can add up quickly.
Still, the price of gas has some Brevard County, Florida home buyers thinking seriously.....
