Real Estate and Baseball….

As one who follows Major League Baseball I have a soft spot in my heart for the Atlanta Braves.  After all, growing up in Florida in years past meant Atlanta was the closest professional "local" team.

And then there are the Washington Nationals who seem to be off to a very surprising successful early 2012 season!  The baseball season is a long time to stay good....162 games, I believe.

With baseball or football I will gladly share my opinion.  I may even give you an opinion about which cars are the best to buy.

• Legal matters - I am not an attorney.
• Financial matters - I am not an investment or tax counselor.  Contact a CPA who has the training.
• Construction matters - I am not even qualified as a competent do-it-yourself-er.  If there are structural issues, call a contractor, please.
• Electrical matters - I have a general idea of the purpose of electricity and how to plug something into an outlet. 
• AC/HVAC systems - Heating , air conditioning and the like are areas I know little about.
