While watching football last night I caught part of a commercial that went something like “they remember the play not the execution” or something similar.
I glanced at the TV and it looked like the “Hail Mary” Boston College's Doug Flutie threw to beat the Miami Hurricanes in 1984.
Not sure the product advertised but it got me to thinking about my business – helping people buying or selling a house or condo in Brevard County, Florida.
Home buyers may not remember all the steps involved in the process. They will remember the joy they felt at closing.
Home sellers may not remember any of the steps (or even know what I did) but they will remember the relief of having sold their home - especially if it is a short sale.
Just as the successful execution of a football play requires multiple (actually 11) players doing what is required, the execution of a real estate transaction takes multiple professionals performing specialized services. I have a team of local professionals who can help me execute your transaction.
And, in the end, the success is what I hope you will remember.
And occasionally the situation will require a real estate “Hail Mary” and a score for our team.
