Like anything being sold to the public marketing your home is all about the packaging. There are some things that can be easily done to enhance your property's packaging such as:
- clean the carpet,
- landscaping details,
- paint the front door,
- pressure wash the exterior and/or the drive way and walks,
- clean the carpets,
- get rid of the "junk",
- de-clutter and de-personalize,
- clean clean clean,
- neutralize the paint scheme,
- hire a professional stager, if necessary!
One last suggestion ....staging your home is important and can be a difference maker but knowing the condition of your home's "bones" is more important. If your home is more than several years old consider a pre-listing home inspection.
