Baytree, community pool, clubhouse with exercise room and lawn service.
Currently there are only two homes for sale in Isles of Baytree.

In October only one home sold in Isles of Baytree – 8080 Kingswood Way, a 2,498 sq. ft. three bedroom four bath two car garage water front home sold for $237,500. This home had a detached guest suite, a patio courtyard and a second floor balcony overlooking the golf course and pond. This is one of the largest homes in Isles of Baytree.
