Earlier this week Congress passed some legislation to avoid the fiscal crisis. Leading up to it there was a great deal of uncertainty in the financial markets.
And some companies and individuals made choices that now, in hindsight, may not have been the best – if they had only known with certainty Congress would act.
When it comes to real estate people often wonder if they should buy, sell or hold? People wonder where the interest rates will go later this year. People wonder if they should wait for their home to increase in value before they sell.
So, where is the Brevard County, Florida real estate market going in 2013? In 2012 we saw inventory shrink, prices climb slowly and mortgage interest rates at historical lows.
Is the above trends a certainty of where the Brevard County real estate market is heading in 2013? No.
